Day 1: Pu Bin Arrive – Trekking – Cooking Class (L, D)

Arrive in Pu Bin before noon. After greetings by our friendly host family of White Thai Ethnic, we savor a delicious authentic lunch.
Early afternoon, start trekking (2,5hrs) from Pu Bin Spice Hills to Xa Loong village through the jungle to the Love Valley, meet the local people in their house on still. Herbal foot bath after trekking is one of the experience activities on Pu Bin Spice Hills. Then, you will enjoy the cooking demonstration prepared by our local chef. After dinner, enjoy “Mua Sap” a famous local bamboo danced performed by young local girls and boys from the village (optional activities). Overnight at Pu Bin Spice Hills.

Day 2: Pu Bin – Trekking/ Farming tour – Departure (B, L)

After breakfast, your day starts with a choice of farming tour (watering vegetables, tidy & prepare garden, harvest corn, rice, fruits such as tangerine, oranges, guava, papaya…digging sweet potatoes or taro, feeding chicken, collecting eggs, feeding buffalo… activity seasonal) or making spices and oils (collecting spices leaves and dry for making tea, harvesting lemongrass leaves and ageratum plants and making oils) or trekking through the jungle to Nang village (2hrs) with a visit one of the White Thai family and enjoy Pu Bin’s beauty including visits to house on stilts where you will see the deep roots of the ethnic Thai culture through vibrant local encounters.

Heading back to Pu Bin Spice Hills for refreshing up and pack your luggage. The last local lunch will be served before say goodbye to the village and drive you back to Hanoi departure. Trip ends.
