Full Itinerary

Day 1: Hanoi – Nghia Lo Town (D)

In the morning, the tour guide will meet you at the hotel in Hanoi and help you take part in the training before making the most famous location exploration in Yen Bai province, Ta Xua Nature Reserve. Enjoy your lunch at the hotel before going to Yen Bai.

In the afternoon, our guide and driver will pick up and the journey to Yen Bai begins. During the 200 km drive, you will have a little time to relax and enjoy the scenery on the way. Dinner when you come and overnight at a hotel in Nghia Lo town of Yen Bai province.

Day 2: Nghia Lo – Trek to 2,200m of Ta Xua Mountain (B, L, D)

The morning begins with a 2200m mountain climbing trip of Ta Xua mountain with the help of local people. On the way to the mountain, you will admire the stretching flowers of a vast apple orchard of the mountainous people as well as the appearance of colorful butterflies making this scene more poetic. Enjoy your lunch at a number of scheduled stops.

In the afternoon, you continue walking through the prairie wildflowers and the rock with the tortoise’s head. When you arrive at the camping site at 2200m, you will rest and prepare for an evening here. This will be an unforgettable and extremely interesting experience with sleep watching the vast sky with thousands of clouds and admiring the poetic moment of sunset after dinner with local wine.

Day 3: Ta Xua Peak (B, L, D)

This morning, you will be awakened by the sound of the wind and enjoy breakfast in the natural forest to help you get healthy energy on the trekking journey hard to Ta Xua mountain peak at 2650m today. Enjoy lunch on the way to explore the mountaintop.

Then keep going on the stone dinosaur backbone to enjoy the most wonderful moment in your life. You will be amazed by the magnificent scenery of the cloudy sky when standing above the highest point. Admire the panoramic view of the mountains and feel the breath of the sky and nature on the top of the mountain. After that, you will return to the campsite. On the way down, you will have the opportunity to admire the great ancient pine trees in the primeval forest and take a deep breath to enjoy the sweet scent of orchids. Also, on the way to explore the bamboo forest, you have the opportunity to visit the waterfalls before returning to the camp base at an altitude of 2200m for dinner and another night here.

Day 4: Ta Xua – Van Chan (B, L, D)

Get up early today in the dramatic setting of the sunrise and take a photo to capture moments like just being born again. You have breakfast, then return to the village where the driver will pick and take you to Van Chan town. Enjoy lunch on the road at a number of scheduled locations available.

The afternoon includes the discovery of a Thai village. Here, you can have the opportunity to enjoy bathing in natural hot springs to relax after the trekking hard days. Stay in a Thai stilt house, enjoy dinner with local food.

Day 5: Suoi Giang – Hanoi (B, L)

This morning, you will have more rest time because you can wake up late. Before breakfast, you can take the time to relax and soak your feet in the hot spring. Then, drive you through the streets through which you can look at the tea fields on the way to explore a village of the H’mong – Suoi Giang community. When you reach the village at a height of 1000m, you immerse yourself in the ancient beauty of this village with hundreds of years of tea gardens and relax in the peaceful atmosphere of this village. More interesting when you can learn the tea production process and taste local tea specialties before lunch with a full range of delicacies available only here.

In the afternoon, take a short break and get on the bus to return to Hanoi. The trip will end when you arrive in Hanoi and look forward to accompanying you next time.
