Full Itinerary

Day 1: Pu Bin Arrival – Trekking – Cooking Class (L, D)

You will be picked up at your hotel and driven to Pu Bin. Arrive in Pu Bin before noon. After greetings by our friendly host family of White Thai Ethnic, we enjoy a delicious authentic lunch.

Early afternoon, start trekking (2,5 hours) from Pu Bin Spice Hills to Xa Loong village through the jungle to the Love Valley. We have the chance to interact with local people in their house stilts. Herbal foot bath after trekking is one of the experience activities on Pu Bin Spice Hills. You will then savor the cooking demonstration prepared by our local chef.

After dinner, enjoy “Mua Sap” a famous local bamboo dance performed by young local girls and boys from the village (optional activities). Overnight at Pu Bin Spice Hills.

Day 2: Pu Bin – Farming Tour – Trekking 3 Villages (B, L, D)

After breakfast, your day starts with a choice of farming tour (watering vegetables, tidy & prepare garden, harvest corn, rice, fruits such as tangerine, oranges, guava, papaya…digging sweet potatoes or taro, feeding chicken, collecting eggs, feeding buffalo… seasonal activity) or making spices and oils (collecting spices leaves and dry for making tea, harvesting lemongrass leaves and ageratum plants and making oils). We will have lunch at the restaurant and relax.

After lunch, from Na Phat village we spend about 3,5 hours to walk through three more villages include Pieng Dau, Noong O, and Bin. On the way, we can visit Thai traditional stilts house to understand their cultures, living condition and learn how they work in their terraced fields. After that, we keep walking to Na Phat village to relax and prepare for a warm dinner in the local restaurant.

Day 3: Pu Bin – Departure (B, L)

After breakfast, trekking through the jungle to Nang village (about 2 hours) and visit one of the White Thai family and visit the local shaman house to talk to him about some special customs of Thai ethnic minority and you can see how the local people feed the animal as buffalo with the sugar cane leaf, banana leaf or even feed the chicken (If you want to try, we encourage you to share a hand on this). The last local lunch will be served before say goodbye to the village and transfer back to Hanoi Departure, our driver will drop you off at your hotel. Trip ends.
